  1. To ride off bees in house, office and public areas and calling fellowship honey bees right movements in country and globally.
  2. To raise funds and acquire resources for Sustainable Beekeeping and Human Development activities.
  3. To maintain legal assistance for vulnerable communities; orphans, widows and disabled.
  4. Capacity building of staff and development stakeholders.
  5. The organization shall have a consultation to the areas that need resource personnel/that can be decided by Management Team. The area of consultation will include: -Legal area, Human resources, Financial Resources management area and project and programmes management area.
  6. To advise and assist other Beekeeping NGOs in the monitoring of the results framework and carry out baseline data collection and analysis to develop appropriate Monitoring and evaluation systems.
  7. To find innovative ways to help the poor to break out of poverty trap through eco-entrepreneurial education.
  8. To pre- requisite a well functioning beekeeping extension service for the promotion of community-based beekeeping agro- forestry systems.
  9. To increase technical and professional staff in areas of production, harvesting processing, storage and marketing of bee products.
  10. To pay special attention to the needs and rights of youths, children and women.
  11. To organize forums, seminars, workshop for developmental issues
  12. To solicit funds to establish social and economic project for a general public.
  13. To print books, tracks magazines and literature including correspondence course also recording films, radio, and television programs to educate the eradication of poverty and environmental protection activities in general.
  14. To assist peasants, livestock and bee keepers and grassroots entrepreneurs in timely acquisition of appropriate legal consultancy whenever need arises.
  15. The organization might take any income generating activities for profit which shall be used to fund other organizations.
  16. To develop a long term financing arrangements for beekeeping research in collaboration with the national and international communities.
  17. To organize volunteer involvement in providing educational and guidance and counseling support to street children.
